Thanks Bollix. Indeed there was no updates for about 36 hours due to a crash in the web server. It has been crashing at least once or twice a month so yesterday I finally applied to another dedicated server provider and if all goes well I will start moving the site within the next days.

Yes it did go away but now it's back again on both the active and new members table????  Very strange!

I saw it. When I cleared the cache and requested a new page the problem vanished. It will be hard to debug if it is not easily repeatable.
